Important points:
Regional is to be held on Friday, May 15, 2009.
Arrival in Portland at 8:00 a.m.
1. Because all of our flights are either one or two seeds, no Williamston players will be playing at Ionia.
2. Because all of our flights have byes, we will not play our first match until 16 matches have been played at Portland. They have 10 courts.
3. The first Williamston match will be four doubles, playing the winner of Ithaca/Lansing Catholic, 30 minutes after that match ends. The Ithaca/Lansing Catholic match goes out first.
4. Because all of our flights have byes, the first match we play will be worth 2 points if we win. Should a flight lose that first match, they will not collect any points.
5. It is a single elimination tournament. One loss and the flight is done of the day.
6. A team needs 18 points to qualify for the state finals.
